AMERICA'S WATERWAY WATCH:
Currently, Allen Coddington (of Flotilla 01-04) and Bill Burns are
administering this program. It is a direct
operational support effort by the Auxiliary
of the USCG's
Operation Focused Lens. The
intention is to help the Gold Side chart and
map areas in our Area Of Responsibility (AOR) that
might be used by terrorists or other malcontents to
slip in and cause havoc. It combines actual
observation (on water and land) with informing the
public through education and literature. Coddington
and Burns need one individual from each Flotilla in
the Division to act as point person to get this
program up and running. Consider this and if you are
so inclined, contact Al Coddington "al@argonautassoc.com"
(415) 827-1122 ASAP so he can program you into the
effort. A working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL will
be very helpful.
